LBL Technology provides artificial intelligence-powered professional services, including:

• ProfilePro: AI-powered professional photo generation service with 99.8% identity preservation
• Enterprise AI Solutions: Custom AI applications for business clients
• API Services: Programmatic access to our AI technologies
• Support Services: Technical support and customer assistance

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our services for:

• Creating professional photos for legitimate business purposes
• Personal branding and professional networking
• Marketing and promotional activities (following applicable laws)
• Educational and research purposes

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Create images for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Generate content that violates others' privacy or rights
• Upload images of minors or individuals without consent
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us:

• A temporary license to process your images using our AI technology
• The right to create derivative works (processed professional photos)
• Permission to use anonymized data for service improvement

5.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-generated professional photos created from your uploaded images. However, you acknowledge that:

• Generated images are based on AI processing and may not be perfect
• Similar results may be generated for other users with similar inputs
• You are responsible for how you use and distribute generated content

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

Our services, including AI models, algorithms, software, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without explicit permission.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Our services operate on a credit-based system. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated with reasonable notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We support multiple payment methods including credit cards, Pix (Brazil), and other local options.

6.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of our AI processing services, refunds are generally not available once credits have been used to process images. However, we may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7. Service Availability and Performance

7.1 Service Levels

While we strive for high availability and performance, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Perfect AI-generated results in all cases
• Specific processing times (though we aim for seconds, not minutes)
• Compatibility with all devices and browsers

7.2 Maintenance and Updates

We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements to our services, which may temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with LGPD, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 AI Technology Limitations

You acknowledge that AI technology has inherent limitations:

• Generated images may not perfectly match expectations
• Results may vary based on input quality and other factors
• AI processing is probabilistic, not deterministic
• Technology is continuously evolving and improving

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBL Technology's total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LBL Technology from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate business reasons.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
